Hands of Health Massage Therapy was established in 2006 by Michelle Zale, Founder, Owner, LMT, CHt. Michelle was a former early childhood educator before life took a different path and she was drawn to go back to school to study therapeutic massage at Spa Tech Institute graduating in 2006. Michelle focuses on the whole person approach of healing combining mind, body, and spirit in her massage and hypnotherapy sessions. She loves to see the positive changes in working with her clients to correct their ailments. Michelle is dedicated not only to her clients but also to her community and is actively involved in many local humanitarian organizations. Hypnotherapy is a safe, non-invasive, completely natural and EFFECTIVE treatment. It uses guided imagery meditation to bring you to your deepest relaxed state (known as trance). Hypnotherapy gives you the tools you need to change your negative thought patterns to positive ones.
